Terms of Service

Last updated: June 9, 2026

Welcome to the Yomi API relay and quota management service (the "Platform" or "Service"). Before registering, accessing or using the Platform, carefully read and fully understand these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and the Privacy Policy. By agreeing, registering, logging in, topping up, redeeming credits, creating API keys, calling APIs or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all of these Terms.

If you disagree with any provision, immediately stop accessing and using the Platform.

1. Nature of the service

The Platform provides overseas Chinese users, overseas developers, cross-border teams and other lawful and compliant overseas users with API access relay, subscription quota distribution, call quota management, API key management, call record queries, usage statistics, concurrency controls, rate limits and related technical services.

The Platform is a technical access and quota management tool only. It makes no promise of absolute availability, continuous stability, official authorization or freedom from risk for any upstream model, third-party platform, network environment, payment channel or outcome of use.

The Platform does not offer or promise services for evading regulation, circumventing network blocks, breaking into systems, abusing accounts, infringing third-party rights, or generating or distributing illegal content.

2. Service regions and compliance

The Platform does not provide services to users in mainland China and does not conduct promotion, sales or operations in mainland China.

If you are in mainland China, or laws in your location prohibit access, purchase, redemption, API calls or use of the Service, you must not register, log in, purchase, redeem, make calls or use the Platform in any way.

If you access the Platform through proxies, VPNs, overseas networks, third-party forwarding, remote servers or other technical means, you are deemed to have independently confirmed that such access and use comply with all laws of your location, residence, nationality, server location and other relevant jurisdictions.

You alone bear any administrative, civil or criminal liability, account suspension, financial loss, business interruption, data loss or third-party claim arising from your violation of local laws, regulations, upstream platform rules, network terms or these Terms. The Platform is not responsible for these consequences.

For compliance, risk control, security or operational reasons, the Platform may restrict registration or login, refuse transactions, suspend or terminate services, freeze quotas, request explanations or delete accounts in relation to particular regions, IP addresses, accounts, payment sources, calling behavior or abnormal requests.

3. Account registration and security

Register and use the Platform with truthful, lawful and valid information, and ensure you have full civil capacity or proper authorization.

Keep your account, password, API keys, redemption codes, access tokens and other credentials secure. Actions and calls made through your account or API key are generally deemed to be made or authorized by you.

You bear losses caused by voluntary disclosure, transfer, sharing, rental or sale of accounts or API keys, or by infected devices, weak passwords, phishing sites, third-party plugins, browser extensions or similar causes.

If you discover account theft, exposed API keys, abnormal calls or charges, or other security incidents, stop using the affected credentials immediately and contact the Platform.

4. Quotas, plans, redemption codes and billing

The Platform may set different quota and billing rules according to plans, subscriptions, redemption codes, user groups, models, multipliers, concurrency limits, rate limits, upstream costs and operating strategies.

Quotas, balances, plans, subscription periods, redemption code validity, call multipliers, model prices and API availability are governed by Platform pages, backend settings or actual settlement records.

Redemption codes, subscriptions and quotas are digital service entitlements. Unless required by law or expressly promised by the Platform, quotas that have been redeemed, activated, consumed, expired or blocked, or are unusable for reasons attributable to the user, cannot be refunded, cashed out or transferred.

The Platform may adjust plans, quotas, multipliers, available models, call limits or prices due to upstream price or API rule changes, account risk controls, channel costs, exchange rates, payment channel changes or force majeure. Orders already in effect are handled according to the rules and announcements applicable at the time.

In cases of obvious pricing or system errors, malicious arbitrage, abnormal redemption, bulk registration, artificial usage, credential stuffing, fraudulent payments, stolen redemption codes, promotion abuse or other unfair trading behavior, the Platform may cancel transactions, reclaim abnormal quotas and suspend accounts, and reserves the right to pursue liability.

5. User conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for the following:

Violating applicable laws, regulations, industry standards or third-party terms;

Generating, distributing, storing or processing illegal, infringing, fraudulent, violent, terrorist, pornographic, gambling, drug-related, hateful, harassing, defamatory, malicious political propaganda, false or other improper content;

Infringing intellectual property, trade secrets, privacy, image rights, reputation, data rights or other lawful interests;

Attacking, scanning, brute-forcing, scraping, bypassing limits, reverse engineering, disrupting, maliciously overloading, mass-registering or automatically abusing the Platform, upstream services, third-party systems or other users;

Renting, selling, lending or sharing accounts, API keys, redemption codes, subscription rights or quotas, or using the Service for unauthorized resale;

Using false identities or emails, stolen payment instruments or redemption codes, money laundering, cash-out schemes, fraudulent transactions or other payment compliance violations;

Other conduct that may harm the lawful interests of the Platform, users, upstream providers or third parties.

For violations, the Platform may, without prior notice, restrict calls, suspend accounts, delete content, reclaim quotas, refuse refunds, terminate services, preserve evidence, and cooperate with rights holders or regulators by providing necessary information.

6. Third-party services and upstream restrictions

The Platform may depend on third-party cloud, payment, network, model, messaging, storage and other upstream services. Their availability, billing rules, content policies, risk controls and terms may change at any time.

For interruptions, quota changes, failed calls or account restrictions caused by third-party failures, upstream API changes, account controls, model removals, price changes, regional restrictions, network failures, payment channel issues or third-party rule changes, the Platform will provide reasonable assistance but assumes no liability beyond that required by law and these Terms.

You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies and compliance requirements of upstream services, model providers, client tools, open-source projects and other relevant third-party platforms.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform's pages, programs, APIs, documentation, trademarks, logos, designs, layouts, data structures and related content are protected by applicable law, except for portions lawfully belonging to third parties or open-source projects.

Without written permission from the Platform or rights holder, you may not copy, adapt, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, scrape, mirror, imitate or use such materials for other commercial purposes.

Rights in content you enter, submit or generate through the Platform are determined by applicable law, upstream terms and your agreements with relevant rights holders. Ensure that submitted content does not infringe third-party rights.

8. Service changes, interruptions and termination

The Platform may adjust service content, features, prices, quota rules, APIs, domains, deployment methods or usage restrictions for operational, security, compliance, technical upgrade, cost or upstream policy reasons.

For interruptions or data anomalies caused by maintenance, network or server failures, security incidents, third-party failures, policy changes, force majeure or other causes not attributable to the Platform, we will make reasonable efforts to restore service but do not guarantee permanent availability or error-free, uninterrupted operation.

If you violate these Terms, laws or third-party rules, or engage in high-risk conduct, the Platform may suspend, restrict or terminate some or all services to you.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform provides services "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties of continuity, timeliness, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, freedom from errors, interruptions or risks, or full satisfaction of your needs.

You understand and agree that APIs, model services, automation tools and third-party clients may involve incorrect content, inaccurate generated results, failed calls, upstream bans, quota losses, data exposure and business interruptions. You must assess and bear these risks yourself.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for indirect losses, lost expected profits, reputational loss, data loss, business interruption, third-party claims, administrative penalties, criminal liability or consequences of unlawful or noncompliant use.

If liability is legally required, the Platform's total cumulative liability to you will not exceed the fees you actually paid for the relevant services in the six months before the dispute arose. For services provided free of charge, the Platform bears no compensation liability to the extent permitted by law.

10. Notices and changes to these Terms

The Platform may send notices through announcements, pop-ups, email, page messages, backend messages or other reasonable means.

The Platform may update these Terms for legal, regulatory, business or service changes. Updated Terms take effect upon publication; continued use means you accept them.

If you disagree with updates, stop using the Platform immediately and contact us to resolve outstanding matters.

11. Dispute resolution and governing law

Subject to mandatory legal provisions, the formation, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the law of the Platform operator's location or another law reasonably selected by the Platform.

Disputes arising from these Terms or the Service should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to a competent court or arbitration institution in the Platform operator's location, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

If any provision is held invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

12. Contact us

For questions about these Terms, accounts, quotas, compliance or service use, contact us through the customer service, ticket, email or other channels published on the Platform.
